Position Description
● This is a part-time position (20-25 hours per week) Monday- Friday, 2:00- 6:00 PM during the school year.
● Pay starts between $13-$15 per hour with opportunities to advanceQualifications:
● Minimum of a Associate’s Degree (preferably in Education or a related field) or currently
enrolled in college pursuing a degree
● Passion for student ministry
● Team PlayerOverview of Instructor Responsibilities:
● Provide homework assistance and individual academic enrichment
● Participate in planning and monitoring recreational activities
● Lead Bible study activities
● Maintain copies of student report cards/test scores
● Schedule visits with school teachers of students
● Maintain student files/records/documentation
● Comply with TMP confidentiality policy
● Monitor student behavior and take disciplinary measures as outlined in policy manual
● Identify student needs and communicate those to teachers, staff, and volunteers as appropriate
● Monitor all interactions between volunteers and students in accordance with safety guidelines
● Assist with clerical work and maintain sign-in/sign-out sheets for students
● Assist in set up and keeping site clean

Position Description
● This is a part-time position (20-25 hours per week), Monday- Friday, 2:00- 6:00 PM during the school year. Summer hours range from (25-30 hours per week) Monday- Thursday, 7:30 AM- 2:30 PM for 6 weeks.● Pay is dependent on experience
Qualifications:
● Minimum of an associate’s Degree(preferably in Education or a related field● Passion for student ministry
● Demonstrates an engaging personality and Team Player
● Passion for student success and demonstrates drive and initiative
● Validate Driver’s License
● Good physical health; adequate endurance to maintain and exceed student pace when transitioning to/from and within basic TMP activities to lift 15lbs
Overview of Instructor Responsibilities:
● Monitoring students and their behavior while enforcing disciplinary measures as outlined in the policy manual● Assist with clerical work and maintain sign-in/sign-out sheets for students
● Provide homework assistance and individual academic enrichment
● Lead and assist with bible study activities and/or small group
● Communicate with parents
● Shop and assist with necessary supplies and materials when traveling
● Maintain students' files/records/ documentation and report cards
● Driver and attend field trips.
● Assist in setting up and keeping the site clean during snack/dinner time
● Comply with the TMP confidentiality policy
● Attend staff meeting & staff development days
● Participate in planning and monitoring recreational activities

Position: Bookkeeper
Reports to: Executive Director
Status: Part-time/ independent Contractor
Job Summary: We are looking for a meticulous and knowledgeable Bookkeeper with experience with QuickBooks and a strong background with nonprofit organizations.
Essential Functions:
n Weekly Deposits
n Review Weekly Cash Balance, forecasting and other reports with Executive Director
n Month End Reporting
n Update Open Pledge Report
n Prepare and process payroll using ADP bi-weekly. Record Payroll Tax in QuickBooks per Pay Periods
n Book fund transfers
n Manage Campus’ Petty Cash
n Send Donor Contribution Statements and Other donation correspondence
n Provide 90 Day Outstanding Check Report to Administration Director
n Review Reconciliation Report and Fix Issues
n Periodically review Statement of Activity with Executive Director
n Assist with budget preparation and reporting

Qualifications and Experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks – online preferred
Proficiency with Google Suites
Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 2+ years of bookkeeping and payroll experience.
Familiarity and understanding of non-profit organization operations is a plus.
Must pass a pre-employment background check and sign the TMP Statement of Faith.
